Mike Collins, CPA -

Mike Collins first put his tax expertise to work as a revenue agent for the IRS, then came to Denman & Company in 1995 to specialize in tax and consulting services for real estate ventures; interstate transportation companies; and professional services firms including physicians and specialty surgical practices. His extensive experiences include business ownership transition and analysis, multi-state reporting and client representation before the IRS and state taxing authorities. Mike also directs the Firm’s tax practice.
